To drive energy transition, you will develop test specifications, procedures, and tools for automated tests of the sonnen Batterie. Additionally, you will support and enhance the test hardware for automated software tests, while working closely with the software developers in the SCRUM team. Alongside that, you will create test specifications, execute manual and automated tests, and provide reports. For this journey, a completed degree in electronics, computer science, or equivalent experience is required, with a focus on a high degree of automation. Proficiency in Python development and/or test automation is desirable, as well as teamwork and strong communication skills. Fluency in English and ideally German, along with occasional commuting to Wildpoldsried, are also necessary.

Be part of the energy transition! Join us in developing innovative battery modules and creating prototypes that will shape the future. Collaborating with suppliers, you will take the lead in developing and refining battery modules until they are ready for mass production. Your expertise in design and development will be crucial as you create specifications and requirements for these modules. With a technical background in electrical engineering, physics, or chemistry, you bring in-depth knowledge of battery module development. Proficiency in CAD tools, especially SolidWorks, is a plus. Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team will ensure success. Fluency in English or German is required.

Mitwirkung bei unserer Vision: Batteriewechselrichterentwicklung; Prüfung der Spezifikationen; Klärung technischer Belange mit OEMs; Aufbau von Versuchssystemen; Eigenverantwortliche Tests im Labor; Unterstützung bei add-on-Projekten. Voraussetzungen: Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Elektrotechnik/Energietechnik); Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Wechselrichtern; Guter Überblick über aktuelle Technik; Kenntnisse in Gerätesteuerung (Modbus/CAN); Vertrautheit mit wechselrichterspezifischen Normen (z.B. DIN 62109-1/2, VDE 4105, CEI-021); Teamfähig, belastbar, motiviert; Systematische, eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise; Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
