As the Quality Management Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards in the construction of large-scale solar and wind farm projects. You will lead a team of quality management professionals, develop and implement quality assurance and control processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Your role will be critical in minimizing risks, ensuring project deliverables meet quality benchmarks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the construction department.

• Lead Quality Assurance Efforts: Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: Create and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations, particularly aligning with ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct Regular Audits and Inspections: Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate quality assurance processes into project plans.
• Manage and Mentor Quality Assurance Team: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Report to Head of Construction: Provide regular updates on daily activities and project quality status to the Head of Construction.
