Manpower's client is a modern hotel located in Estonia. The hotel is located in the city center of Tallinn and offers customers nearly 500 tastefully furnished rooms of different sizes and categories. The hotel also has an aqua center with pools, jacuzzies and several different saunas, as well as a functioning sports club and about 20 treatment rooms at a health center with great potential and a ready-made beauty salon. The hotel's conference and events center features 10 bright and spacious rooms, perfectly suited for conferences, seminars, banquets, product presentations, or workshops. Located on the hotel's territory there is also a parking area for approx. 140 vehicles (outdoors and in the garage) for both, cars and buses.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HOTEL DIRECTOR

We trust you with the well-being and rapid development of our hotel. You have the possibility to lead our facilities, to manage and develop our accommodation services, on-site F&B outlets, fitness and wellness center and conference area. You will work with our existing team, and you will have the opportunity to design the work of the team according to your wishes and in accordance with the set goals.

You will be a perfect candidate for the position if you are an experienced and professional international hotel operator, and meet the requirements set for the management of first- and upper-middle-class and full-service hotels (including F&B outlets, wellness spa, water center, etc.). Strong F&B experience is required. A willingness to move quickly to Estonia and fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of the German language is a great advantage. Previous experience of cooperation with international hotel chains and franchise agreements is an advantage.

We offer you a full - time position with the opportunity to play a key role in the next development steps of our hotel. We guarantee 28 calendar days of paid vacation per year and the right to national health insurance included in the employment contract.

Performance reward for meeting set goals.

Annual salary: starting at EUR 100.000
