You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and provide mitigation strategies during negotiations. Conducting due diligence, reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations are also key responsibilities. In addition, you will be drafting and negotiating complex agreements and assisting in post-acquisition integration efforts.
