FTI Ticketshop is a leading consolidator in the airline sector, offering a wide range of flight fares through our airline special contracts. With our expertise and advanced technology, we efficiently issue thousands of airline tickets automatically every day. As part of the tasks, you will report bugs and write requirements for new features in Jira, as well as test new features for functionality and review resolved bugs. You will also be responsible for providing 2nd level support for bugs, features, and adaptations. The ideal candidate should be a travel professional with experience in consolidation, tour operating, or corporate travel services. Knowledge of GDS/IATA is required, along with an understanding of browsers and an interest in XML and HTML. The ability to work independently, with a goal-oriented approach, is essential, and fluency in both German and English is necessary.
