Our HR department seeks a motivated individual to maintain and update HR contents on our intranet, create and enhance process guides and training materials, and contribute to the development of our HR processes. This role entails providing support to project managers and local HR teams, ensuring proper documentation of HR enhancement projects, and assisting the HRIS Team with ticket requests. We are specifically looking for candidates enrolled in relevant university programs such as Human Resources Management, Project Management, or Business Administration, with knowledge of project documentation and requirements definition. Strong proficiency in MS Power Point, Excel, and Word, along with fluent English and good German language skills, is required.
