(Junior) Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Taking responsibility for a distribution account in Europe, this position requires direct negotiations and sales promotion at key customers for passive and wireless connectivity products. The main objective is to create, implement, and execute a business expansion and marketing sales strategy for the chosen distribution account, ensuring customer satisfaction and creating win-win partnerships. To achieve this, it is important to establish and maintain a network between Panasonic and customers across all hierarchical levels. Regular reporting of defined KPIs is also expected. The ideal candidate should have an academic degree in business or a comparable qualification, along with some sales experience, preferably within distribution. Commercial understanding and knowledge of passive components are desirable, as well as being solution-oriented, customer-focused, accountable, and skilled in networking and presentation. Fluency in both German and English is required, as well as willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
