You will have a significant impact in this role by driving and leading the stewardship of several clients, serving as their PS leader and ensuring profitable year-over-year growth. With your deep industry knowledge, you will be able to generate viable hypotheses on the future pathways and steps that clients can take towards digital business transformation. By establishing relationships at the C/C-1 level, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive an overall transformation agenda. You will own the PS Account Plan and have a 360-degree relationship with each client, delivering on measured sales and revenue growth, existing and new projects, and overall satisfaction. Additionally, you will foster deeper relationships with customer CXOs through marketing campaigns, thought leadership activities, account references, and PR/media opportunities. You will shape proposals and negotiate agreements focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for PS and its clients. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets will be your responsibility, while ensuring contractual arrangements meet defined commercial goals. You will manage and ensure delivery expectations and satisfaction by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. As an advocate for your clients internally, you will accurately reflect and forecast all opportunities in the PS CRM pipeline to provide visibility and cross-sell opportunities with all practices, capabilities, and alliance partner teams. You will maintain a thorough understanding of the PS GTM offerings and engage in brand and network building, cross-client line of businesses, and industry trends. Cross-selling across our horizontals, services, and capabilities will also be a key focus. This role requires a high level of performance and results in goal achievement, account management, people and diversity development, business/financial/technical specialization, innovations, and contributions to the PS Growth Force Community.
